Shipping Policy


Please note that USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and has impacted a small group of orders that are still in transit.

Ongoing orders

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Any orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day. Shipping time is dependent on the location. Due to postal delays; package could arrive 3-7 business days once shipped.

Tracking Number

Unfortunately, many of the major package carriers are not updating tracking, so you may see delays in tracking even though your order is moving. Usually, once it is delivered, the tracking will update.

Please note: Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00USD you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
